Principal Infrastructure Engineer

Our client is looking for a Principal or Associate level Infrastructure Engineer to join their team in Manchester.

The consultancy specialises in Civil, Structural and Highway design and provides services to developers, building occupiers and contractors across a range of sectors.

The role involves working as part of a team on civil engineering schemes associated with large developments throughout the UK. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of design submissions for highway and drainage works.

Requirements of the role:
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoTrack and ideally MicroDrainage/Causeway Flow
Good communication and people skills
Managing junior staff and supporting their training and development.
Ability to work well as part of a team
Experience of highway/drainage design associated with S278, S38, S104
Enthusiasm to learn new skills and progress career
