PURPLE has a unique opportunity for a Senior Account Manager, based in London, to join its Lifestyle Division and work across its luxury real estate and placemaking portfolio.


Responsibilities include crafting and executing comms plans, strategic counsel across the agency’s high-profile global client-base, and successfully managing and mentoring junior team members.


Experience, agency and/or in-house, within the property sector and strong press contacts and a thorough understanding of the media landscape is a must.


RESPONSIBILIITES

  • Proactively build and implement PR strategy for clients
  • Evaluate and understand client business objectives and craft strategy plans accordingly
  • Deliver media placement across international, national, digital and regional media - targeting Editor-level
  • Consistently produce high quality internal and external communications content
  • Collaborate with different divisions across the agency to ensure the client is getting access to the agency's network-wide expertise
  • Manage and motivate other members of the team to ensure day-to-day client operations run smoothly and PR results are delivered, while supporting them in their growth to the next level.
  • Identify key event opportunities within the calendar with which to create the right activity, launches and partnership opportunities for the brand
  • Collaborate with division heads and project teams as necessary to seamlessly integrate cultural programming into project strategy and schedule and ensure successful execution of press and social media campaigns, special events, collaborations, and/or other deliverables


Skills and qualities required:

  • 4-5 years of public relations experience at a PR agency specifically within real estate – particularly with developers (residential, commercial, mixed use)
  • Knowledge of key media contacts within the industry across broadcast, print and online media
  • Culturally plugged into sectors that relate to real estate – design, architecture, art, luxury, lifestyle
  • Ability to be very nimble and work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
  • Exceptional problem-resolution skills, including the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • A “proactive” attitude and team mentality and experience leading a tea
  • Articulates ideas succinctly and is comfortable with public speaking and presentations
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior high-level media contacts across
  • Integrated communications campaign conception beyond traditional media
  • Experience managing account teams
