We recognise the frustrations and stress caused by a difficult tenant, and provide professional and affordable support for private landlords, letting agents and solicitors firms.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Experienced Paralegal to join our team in Radlett. The successful candidate must be able to draft witness statements, replies to defenses, defenses to counterclaims, Compile bundles for court and defendants, deal with directions questionnaires and draft proceedings.. The role will involve working on-site with other team members in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Paralegal with litigation experience
• Expert knowledge and experience in landlord and tenant law
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex legal matters to clients in clear and concise terms
• The ability to manage a high volume caseload with excellent attention to detail
• An understanding of the importance of client confidentiality and maintaining ethical standards
• Experience in legal research, drafting legal documents and conducting negotiations
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
