Role Overview:

As a Sales and Growth Strategist at Smartovate, you will be instrumental in driving the market penetration and revenue growth of our groundbreaking platform. This role demands a candidate with a strategic mindset, a passion for sales, and a deep understanding of the technology that underpins our AI-powered solution. You will be at the helm of our sales initiatives, crafting innovative strategies to introduce Smartovate to a wider audience and securing our position as a leader in business efficiency solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments for Smartovate's platform adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.
  • Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align on go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategy and tactics.
  • Provide insights to the product team based on customer feedback and market trends to shape future product enhancements.
  • Represent Smartovate at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements with a focus on long-term success.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Deep understanding of AI technology and its application to business productivity.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a knack for persuasive storytelling.
  • High degree of professionalism and the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Willingness to adapt to a compensation structure that includes equity in product revenue.


Compensation:

  • The Sales and Growth Strategist will receive equity in the revenue generated by the Smartovate platform. This arrangement is designed to align the strategist's personal success with the product's performance in the marketplace. Specific terms of the equity compensation will be discussed in detail during the hiring process.
