The Opportunity
We are seeking to recruit an outstandingClient Care Helpdesk Coordinatorto elevate our customer experience to the next level. In this role, youll be the front-line support, responding to customer care requests and ensuring every issue is handled with precision and care. Youll work closely with our field service team and contribute to KPIs that measure response time, issue resolution, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries with 100% attention to detail.
• Listen to customers and understand their needs, ensuring positive interactions.
• Articulate issues clearly and provide calm, helpful resolutions.

• Achieve key performance targets including response time, fix time, and time-to-closure.

• Competent IT and computer skills.
