Our clients, who operate this casual fine dining restaurant in the Harrogate town centre are looking to recruit a head chef to lead the team of talented chefs in this stunning restaurant, creating classic & modern 'gastro' style dining to local & destination diners, to a very high standard, with all dishes being made in house, experience working heading up a fresh food led kitchen is a must

The ideal head chef will be able to demonstrate:

-At least 3 years as a head chef, in a fresh food led kitchen, be in gastro, hotel or restaurant

-A stable CV, with progression through the ranks, and time in each venue, no jumpy chefs here

-A proven leader, a chef who can enthuse & motivate the team around them, no need for a shouty chef in this kitchen.

-Knowledge of local, seasonal produce, and an understanding of what a modern gastro pub kitchen needs to thrive & evolve.

-Understanding of costings, produce, kitchen management, budgets, rota's & the latest allergen & H&S regulations.
