Are you an Estimator looking to grow your career in the roofing and cladding industry? We’re seeking a motivated professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enquiry Analysis: Review and assess incoming project enquiries.
- Quantifying/Scheduling: Create take-offs, BOQs, and material schedules.
- Estimating: Develop detailed cost schedules factoring in materials, labor, etc.
- Tender Submissions: Provide comprehensive project quotations.
- Client Liaison: Collaborate with clients to meet their needs and build strong relationships.
- Contract Negotiation: Secure projects through effective negotiation.
- Research & Improvement: Stay ahead with market research and new methods.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of estimating experience (preferably in roofing & cladding).
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
- NVQ in Estimating is a plus.
