We are working with reputable, market leader within the software sector who are looking for 3 x Customer Success Executive to join a well established team. This is a really exciting time to join this business and the roles are either newly created or due to promotion. The team are passionate about providing an excellent customer experience and believe in a consultative approach. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with new customers whilst exceeding high retention rates with there existing client base.


  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs and goals using a consultative approach to fully support them with their use of the companies online platform
  • Succeed in client renewals and up sell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth
  • Become a product expert, staying up to date on new features and effectively communicating their values to clients
  • Identify opportunities for client advocacy, including obtaining positive case studies, testimonials, and reviews
  • Provide comprehensive training to clients on the platform to ensure successful on boarding
  • Attend industry events on occasions
  • Manage the on boarding process for new accounts


The role will suit someone who is passionate about providing a service and preferably with a SaaS business. Someone who is proficient in CRM systems and data management tools.
