Leasehold Manager

We are currently partnering with a reputable Social Housing organisation based in Manchester who are recruiting for a Leasehold Manager to join their growing team on a temporary basis.

This is a full-time position, that is due to last two to three months, paying a rate of £30 per hour, via an Umbrella company, and they're looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a team of two leasehold officers
• Proving Right to Buy advice to staff and tenants
• Holding responsibility for the Association’s Leasehold Services
• Performance managing a team including KPI check in, 1-2-1s and reviewing outputs
• Managing the Right to Buy process for tenants
• Ensuring shared ownership issues are handled and processed quickly and accurately
• Providing updates on team performance to senior leadership

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Strong background within Leasehold Management management

• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
