Chef Assistant

My client is a school based in Bedford that has a requirement for an experienced Chef assistant to join their team.

This role willbe in school terms only, the hours are 7h30am -2pm

Requirements:

• Previous experience cooking and preparing meals, working alongside the Kitchen manager.
• Level 2 Food hygiene certificate
• Enhanced DBS Check- to wok with children

The role:

• Preparing breakfast and lunches for pupils
• Following set recipes for the meals
• Assisting the kitchen manager
• Serving food to pupils
• Wiping down tables after lunch
• Washing up
