Customer Support Engineer

Provide critical service, commissioning and training for a world leader in audio technology!

Part of a wider group of leading audio technology manufacturers, this company provide bespoke products to customers in the broadcasting and audio industry. You will have the chance to travel globally to their wide customer base, attending large sports events where they have major clients.

You will be responsible for processing service enquiries, assisting with onsite service, and fault corrections, building strong customer relationships, whilst working alongside a multi-disciplinary group of engineers and teams.

What are they looking for?

• Experience of Audio, sound or Broadcast engineering or technology
• System to component level knowledge of Sound, audio and audio control systems
• Personality: excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Willing to work both onsite and travel
