Site Manager

Aqua-Tech Recruitment is working with a leading civil engineering company in the Shetland Islands who are looking to add an experienced Site Manager to their team. We have contract options available, with immediate start dates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure materials for works in advance of them starting
• Compile quality and safety documents, including method statements and risk assessments
• Manage site resources and plan ahead
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders
• Carry out regular quality checks and ensure correct documentation is in place

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience working in a civil engineering / building environment
• SMSTS & CSCS Managers Card
• NEBOSH desirable but not essential
• Experience with NEC Contracts
• Experience in site management and leading a team
• Strong IT skills
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Full, valid UK driving license

The ideal candidates will be flexible, organized, and physically fit. This role offers competitive pay of up to 500 per day dependant on experience and requires relocation to the Shetland Islands until at least Christmas.
