SENIOR ESTIMATOR

Senior Estimator - Established Main Contractor - Liverpool St, London

A very well established main contractor are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join their Pre-Construction team. The Senior Estimator will be office based in Liverpool Street, London working across various sectors including education, commercial, housing, refurbishment, heritage projects etc up to 30m.

The role:

• Strong allrounder who can manage the bid process from start to finish including taking off quantities/BQ production using CAD-Measure and Causeway estimating software.
• Take-offs to be to NRM2 or SMM7.
• Good technical knowledge within the construction industry
• Experience with D&B projects
• Experience within education and social housing projects

• Office based role based in Central London. Salary up to circa 85k (negotiable) plus travel and package etc
