Teaching Assistant

A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Greenwich is seeking a dedicated Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team. We are looking for someone passionate about working with young children and supporting their development at this crucial stage of learning. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where every childs development is a priority.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant with:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in an EYFS setting.
• A nurturing and patient approach to working with young children.
• The ability to engage children in their learning and development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Requirnments:

• Hold the Right to Work in the UK
• Have an enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process a new application.
• Provide two professional references related to childcare or EYFS work.
• Be willing to undertake safeguarding training (if not already held).

Please keep in mind that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS on the updated service.
