A wonderful opportunity for a Transport & Operations Shift Supervisor to join a leading 3PL in the Tewkesbury area. This multi-drop operation calls for a self-motivated individual with supervisory experience gained within a busy transport function. Working closely with the senior transport management team, you will ensure a customer-centric and financially efficient operation is maintained.

This role operates on a rotating shift pattern (AM/PM), Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
Allocate fleet and crews to correct routes
Ensure pre-brief and de-briefings are undertaken for all transport movements.
Manage driver performance
Manage drivers' hours in line with working time legislation
Ensure relevant information is recorded for transport KPIs

Key Skills/Experience:
Previous experience of multi-drop deliveries
Good knowledge of transport legislation
An understanding of current H&S legislation
Transport Manager CPC is desired but not essential
