Scope of Role


This role will help to provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers via telephone or email. This is a key role to ensure customers renewals are re-secured at the end of their contracted periods and to develop new business for Kingspan.


This role will require being onsite in the Gilford Road site for training and will move to a hybrid role. Working hours 8.15am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-4pm on Fridays.


Key Responsibilities


  • Inbound queries by telephone and email from new and existing customers.
  • Resolve problems to customer’s satisfaction within agreed timelines, effectively and efficiently and producing quotes.
  • Logging of site visits, including organising part orders and delivery
  • Maintain high accuracy in all aspects of order processing including processing of credit card transactions.
  • Achieve KPI Sales Targets as set by the Service Manager.
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future sales.
  • Recording and tracking of sales.
  • Develop knowledge of Kingspan’s products and services.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships e.g. field engineers.


Essential Criteria


  • GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English and Maths
  • Excellent phone etiquette skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Experience dealing with calls and queries within a formal customer service environment.
  • Sales experience with the ability and desire to sell.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
