Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

We are working with an international consulting firm specialising in strategy, technology and data handling to find an experienced HR professional to join their London team for a 12 month fixed term contract. Working as part of a small team and working directly with the UK Head of People, you will play an absolutely vital role in the effective running of UK operations.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 -7 years of relevant HR experience and will be a true generalist and happy to take on responsibilities from Employee Relations to Training and Development to Benefits and Payroll. We are particularly keen to hear from applicants with strong HR systems experience and an enthusiasm for improving processes. Previous payroll experience including tracking pay and reward data to support year end appraisals will be key.

This would be an excellent opportunity for and experienced Advisor or Officer looking for an increase in responsibility. You will have the chance to manage your own ER cases and make a real impact on HR policy will working with a friendly team in modern, central London offices. Hybrid working options are available.
