The UK digital and content marketing manager needs to be experienced in the world of digital marketing, having already spent time managing social media, paid advertising, ambassadors, and educational content. They will be leading the COROS marketing plan for the UK region. Delivering our global brand strategy whilst using local assets and partnerships to help it resonate with the UK consumer base.


As a key part of our global marketing team, we would want you to bring calculated and creative new ideas to the table and be ready to go and execute them yourself. This will be a full-time role and you will be responsible for the following tasks.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the local territory social media pages, collaborating with the global Social media lead and customer service team to engage with and support the UK COROS community.
  • Work with the local paid ads agency to develop and execute the UK strategy, using data to improve the website sales ROI and increase brand awareness
  • Identify and grow new partnerships with local YouTube content creators
  • Analyse data to optimise COROS' local content creator partnerships across both YouTube and Meta
  • Coach creators to provide high-impact, educational content that resonates with COROS' target consumers.
  • Grow and manage ambassador programs within the territory ensuring they are creating educational content which meets the brand's expectations
  • Travel as needed to local events including races, expos, and industry events

  • Qualifications:

    • At least three years experience of working with content creators
    • At least three years of experience working with direct-to-consumer sales
    • Proficient in English (Other languages are a bonus)
    • Self-driven personality with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Highly detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • Strong passion for an active lifestyle including running, cycling, hiking or other outdoor activities preferred


    Pay & Benefits:

    • 25 days paid holiday plus standard UK bank holidays
    • Hybrid working, with 2 days based in the Skipton COROS HQ, North Yorkshire
