Senior Digital Design Engineer

Senior Digital Design Engineer – Cambridge - £70,000 pa - £90,000 pa

Due to increased project load and investment, an innovative start up are looking for a Senior Digital Design Engineers to join their team developing processing power & speed optimisation solutions for various industries including AI, Fin-tech & Audio.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and test high performance solutions on FPGA
• Build complete FPGA designs and contribute to IP in SystemVerilog
• Develop, test and deliver robust RTL code in SystemVerilog
• Integrate 3rd part IP for external subsystems

Key Skills/Experience:

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or another relevant discipline
• RTL design (SystemVerilog/Verilog/VHDL)
• FPGA design tools (Quartus/Vivado)
• C/C++/Python
• Linux operating systems
• Version control
• Hardware de-bugging & test/verification

Any mix of the following is nice to have:

• AI Neural networks/Machine Learning
• CI/CD
