Description
- Generate contracts/reviewing, understanding and drafting responses to contracts received from customers for our purchase of crude and products cargoes.
- Incorporating trade economics, complex physical delivery clauses.
- Liaising with Traders/Trading Analysts to resolve trade discrepancies on a daily basis.
- Liaise and negotiate agreeable contract terms with counterparts, state companies and partners.
- Work in a fast-moving commercial environment, agreeing priorities and workload in line with business needs and expectations.
- Support Natural Gas Europe (NGE) a section of GSAT in S&T, active in UK, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Belgium & Netherlands.
Profile
A successful Forensic Trade Contract Specialist should have:
- A degree in law or a related field from a Russel Group University.
- Knowledge of contract law and trade economics regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
