Senior Account Manager/Account Director

My client is a leading creative marketing agency in London seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager or Account Director to join our team on a freelance basis. You will work on a key retail and entertainment account, overseeing the delivery of integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, and OOH channels.

1. Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact
2. Lead the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns
3. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, digital) to ensure timely and successful project delivery
4. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance
5. Budget management, project timelines, and reporting

1. Proven experience in account management within an integrated agency environment
2. Expertise in retail and entertainment sectors
3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
4. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
