Interim Facilities Manager/Contracts Manager

One of our Public Sector clients based in the South East is looking for a Facilities Manager/Contracts Manager on an interim basis for 6 months.

Ideally you will:

• Have a track record in FM/Contracts Management
• Experience of budget/financial management
• Educated to degree level

Responsibilities include:

• Drive FM work.
• Review all leases and populate the property management database, and help with lease structures.
• Manage service charges as to whether they should be levied alongside compliance and maintenance programs.

Interviews to be taking place as soon as next week.
