Site Manager

A nationwide uPVC window and door manufacturer with a strong reputation within the Social Housing and Local Authority sector is looking to appoint an additional Site Manager to oversee projects across Devon and Cornwall.

The main purpose is to manage and control customer supply only and supply & fit contracts on Doors and Windows

Key Duties:

• Manage a team of sub-contractors within the allocated region
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site, and appointed installers
• Ensuring all projects meet agreed technical standards
• Responsible for audits and inspections for doors and windows
• High standard of communication internally and externally

Skills Required:

• Knowledge and Experience of both Social and New Build sectors
• Knowledge and understanding of relevant Window & Door legislation
• Provide a high level of employment history in Site Management
• Knowledge of installation of windows and doors

The successful candidate will have strong, consistent leadership skills and be driven by results. It is essential you hold a CSCS or SMSTS
