Breakfast supervisor

Breakfast supervisor required for a hotel in Leicestershire, salary is 26900 and is 630am to 3pm 5 out of 7 days. The Hotel breakfast is of a good standard and you will support with lunches after breakfast service. The hotel has parking onsite.

The role
As a breakfast supervisor you will run the breakfast operation during your shift, you ill ensure the breakfast runs smoothly. you will ensure the tables are set up correctly, you will set the cold buffet, ensure customers are greeted and room numbers checked. you will ensure the tables are cleared and reset afterwards. Have the restaurant ready for the lunches. This role will include all the normal breakfast supervisor duties.
