Smart Teachers are working with a exceptional Independent school who are looking to appoint a HR Manager on a Fixed Term Contract

About the role

The post holder will ensure the provision of an efficient and supportive HR service for all staff.

They will be responsible for staff recruitment, payroll, the Single Central Record, and will provide HR guidance and support to management and staff in the school.

The school is one of London s leading independent schools in the area and has a extremely welcoming team, This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and well qualified HR Manager to play a key role providing maternity cover for 1 year, starting in October 2024.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Hr Manager for Independent school in West London you will:

  • CIPD Qualified or Possess equivalent experience
  • Up to date knowledge of HR Practices and Uk employment legislation
  • Excellent Organisational, time management and written and verbal communications skills
  • School experience would be advantageous but is not essential

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • CIPD Qualified or Equivalent experience
  • Enhanced DBS check completed
