Location: We have hybrid working in place, with 1-2 days per week, in our office in Canary Wharf.


What exactly will you be doing?


As our Employee Engagement and Communications Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our People team's efforts to foster a connected and engaged workforce. You will support with creation and delivery of our internal communications, crafting engaging content for various platforms and helping to organise regular staff events. Additionally, you will assist with employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and feedback tools. This role offers an exciting opportunity to complete a Level 3 apprenticeship whilst contributing to the success of our organisation..

Major objectives


Your major objectives will include:


  • Support the creation and delivery of engaging internal communications across various formats and platforms
  • Help administer and analyse employee engagement surveys and feedback tools
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement campaigns
  • Maintain and update internal communication channels, including our intranet and other digital platforms
  • Assist with the organisation and execution of all staff events, both virtual and in-person

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across the organisation
  • A keen interest in employee engagement and internal communications
  • Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and identifying process enhancements
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to GDPR rules
  • Customer-focused mindset with a drive for excellence
