Placed has partnered with a respected watch brand known for their complicated mechanisms and loyal following of serious watch collectors.
My client is looking for a confident Sales Associate, to join a successful team, based at their Harrods location. The ideal candidate will have Harrods experience and will have strong connections internally which will support CRM/client development.
Some of the requirements of the role (but not limited to):
- Achieve and exceed personal targets (quantitative and qualitative)
- Support Boutique team to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and after sales service skills (Sales Ceremonial).
- Anticipate clients’ specific needs
- Represents the Brand inside and outside the Boutique
- Strive to achieve 100% in Mystery shopping result for the Boutique team
- Ensure impeccable grooming standards according to guidelines
- Act as a role model, constantly nurture relationships with clients to generate sales leads while building sincere and durable relationships.
- Networking within Harrods environment to create sales opportunities for oneself & members.
- Ensure highest level of service to After Sales Clients.
- Manage complaints and proactively follow up on the repair process from registration to collection.
- Ensures the timeliness of repairs taken in by the store
- Carry out administrative tasks such as: clients’ follow up (sales, afters sales service), general inquiries, handle clients complaints and concerns, answer to the telephone etc.
- Control inventory quality (scratches, movements, batteries for quartz watches) maintaining exceptional selling conditions.
- Acting as an Ambassador for the Brand, ensuring the integrity of its image with clients and within the local retail community.
The basic salary is £36,000 + team and personal commission which massively increases the annual take home salary!!!!!!!
