Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring safety, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee both planned and unplanned maintenance projects, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated.
- Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support in areas such as process improvement and quality control.
- Implement robust preventive maintenance programs across mechanical and electrical operations.
- Collaborate with production teams to balance operational and maintenance priorities, minimizing downtime.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5 years minimum) in a leadership role within a maintenance or engineering environment.
- Minimum of 10 years experience manufacturing background.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
- Significant experience in Change Management is a must.
- Strong understanding of health and safety systems and environmental management.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
