Roofing Contracts Manager

Our client is a reputable construction and maintenance company who specialise in roofing and brickwork. They are based in South West London and cover all of London as well as Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire, Sussex and Oxford.

They are now looking for a Roofing Contracts Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

• Start date: ASAP
• Salary & Package: £60-90K per annum + benefits on top
• Location: London & the surrounding counties

Criteria:

• Management CSCS
• SMSTS & First Aid
• Proven experience as a Roofing Contracts/Poject Manager
• Knowledge and experience working within a roofing/brickwork contractor
• Experience working within the residential sector
• H&S knowledge & experience
• Car driver – essential due to job locations
• Ability to drive projects and manage a variety of trades on site.
• References – required
