Identity and Access Management (IAM) – Assistant Manager

• Location: Manchester, Leeds, Bristol or Birmngham (Hybrid working - 2 days on site)
• Salary: £57,000 - £60,000 + 10% bonus

Overview

Join one of the Big 4 Consulting Firms in their Cyber Security Team as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) – Assistant Manager. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-quality IAM work for a range of clients.

As an IAM Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering top-tier services in the IAM domain. You'll have the chance to engage in a variety of challenging projects, from defining IAM strategies and conducting IAM control reviews to leading large-scale IAM transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IAM project workstreams from inception to completion.
• Provide subject matter expertise on IAM controls.
• Support the development of strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans across multiple IAM domains.
• Offer specialist knowledge on IAM tools and their integration with client IT systems.
• Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

Key Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in IAM requirements gathering, strategy development, and design.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering IAM project components.
• Hands-on experience with IAM solutions such as Sailpoint, CyberArk, OneIdentity, Okta, BeyondTrust, or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Ability to analyse enterprise-scale user data, generate insights, and develop solutions.
• *Must be eligible for SC Clearance*
