Role Overview
We're seeking a high-achieving Chief of Staff to work directly with our leadership team, playing a crucial role in expanding our customer base, improving operations, and driving strategic initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across our organisation and make a significant impact in a high-growth, early-stage company. We are looking for someone who is hands-on and can pick up the smallest task while also contributing to the wider strategic thinking of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial: Help lead Business Development & Marketing efforts to expand our market presence.
- Research: Conduct adhoc research projects to help with the development direction of the companies product
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform financial and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Operations: Administrative Support, with a focus on improving operational efficiency through process optimization
- Project Management: Manage and coordinate multiple grant related projects
- Communication: Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field from top University.
- 3-6 years of experience in similar role at startup, or consulting experience, or similar high-impact role in other organisation.
- Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate a dynamic startup environment.
- High proficiency in MS office
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in the Energy Industry is highly desirable
- Prior experience in sales, market research, or project management.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts as applied to energy systems.
