Location: Remote home based role – With travel expected across the UK to suit business needs
Salary: £2,000 - £2,500 (Subject to experience level and days worked)

We're looking for a Business Success Manager with extensive industry knowledge across the Microsoft Dynamic platform, or similar ERP systems with a passion for helping clients succeed.

Role Overview:
The Business Success Manager (UK) will play a key role in building strong partnerships and fostering trusted relationships with senior management at target companies. You'll work closely with internal leadership teams and stakeholders to support business growth and opportunity management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with local partners to identify and expand business opportunities.
- Identify and cultivate new partnerships and business collaborations.
- Leverage your industry network to discover new business prospects.
- Lead the engagement process with new prospects, developing high-impact business opportunities.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior management at key prospect accounts.
- Act as a UK conduit for sector trends and product insights, supporting marketing and management decisions.
- Support the UK customer based as required.
The Candidate:
- Proven experience as a business consultant with a strategic mindset - Essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially at the C-suite level - Essential.
- Experience with ERP systems - Essential.
- Preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX/F&O - Advantageous.
- Proficient in using sales CRM platforms (ideally Microsoft) - Advantageous.
- A network of target Retail, Logistics or Supply Chain focused organisations – Advantageous.
- UK-based (fully remote role) with the ability to travel when required – Essential.
The Package:
- This role intends to operate on a 1-3 day per week basis.
- Salary expectations are flexible subject to days worked.
- A budget of c. £2,000 - £2,500 assigned for this opportunity.
- Travel expenses provided.
