Workonomics are partnering with a well-known, much-loved, multi-product SaaS company.

They're an established, profitable, maturing business, with millions of users globally, who are growing their London engineering, product, and design group.

They're now looking for a Group Engineering Manager to:

• build a new product line from the ground up
• spearhead engineering and strategic efforts
• define the tech stack
• work with Product, Design, and Business teams to set the vision and take this startup to market

This will suit someone who is:

• entrepreneurial - perhaps a former startup Founder / CTO / VP Engineering
• experienced building teams, nurturing talent, and managing fast-paced hiring processes
• focused on creating top-tier products that delight users and drive business success
• comfortable with complex, highly concurrent, scalable web / SaaS software architectures
• a clear communicator, able to convey messages in a direct, structured, purposeful manner
