TrueNorth are working with a new consultancy client who are expanding their Architecture practice with 3 new Technical Architects.

They are a techn consultancy who have made a name for themselves by providing a very high level of service to their clients through their impressive ways of working and their excellent culture throughout the organisation.

You'll be working on client projects with a team from the consultancy organisaiton, as well as leading delivery teams in fulfilling the technical architecture designs that you have created.

Key skills and experience needed:

• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills - it is a consultancy organisation so you need to be just as good at this as you are with the technical elements of the role.
• Technical design and implementation of those designs with the wider team.
• Keep abreast of new and innovative design, with a view to implementing it if it is the right thing to do.
• Coaching and mentoring skills
• Extensive experience in software architecture including programming languages (it's not hands on programming day to day) and methodologies

Desirable, not essential:

• Architecture frameworks experience (TOGAF, Open Agile etc)

We have a salary range of £65,000 to £80,000 for these roles plus bonus and benefits.

The roles are hybrid working, you will be assigned to a home office which will be either Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, London and will be expected to be on client site once every 2 weeks.
