I’m working with an exciting and fast-growing personal care brand that’s at the forefront of sustainability. They are seeking a talented Operations and Logistics Executive to support their next phase of growth.


My client is extremely passionate about eliminating single use plastics across the UK. Backed by leading consumer investment funds, they’re now scaling their brand across new products, channels, and territories.


The Role: As the Operations and Logistics Executive, you’ll work closely with the Head of Operations, playing a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of logistics and stock management. This is an opportunity for someone who’s analytical, proactive, and hands-on, eager to join a brand that’s passionate about sustainability and making a real difference.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics and shipping operations to ensure timely delivery of stock to customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, shipping agents, and couriers
  • Manage order processing, shipments, and inventory while resolving any delays or issues
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping and customs requirements
  • Track, monitor, and report on logistics performance metrics to optimise processes and reduce costs
  • Provide insights and recommendations on ways to improve the supply chain and drive efficiency across the board
  • Work closely with 3PL providers and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery


What You'll Bring:

  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics or operations, ideally within the FMCG sector
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • A passion for sustainability and the personal care sector would be a great plus!
  • A sense of humour – my client values a fun, collaborative working environment


What's on Offer:

  • Salary of £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience
  • Hybrid working arrangement from their East London office with flexible hours
