Recruitment Consultant

Robinson Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to work within our growing Blackburn office.

Recruitment Consultant salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Lucrative commission structure in place alongside yearly salary. 

Recruitment Consultant hours: Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm

Recruitment Consultant Main purposes of role:

As a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for managing a desk within our industrial department, acting as a 360 consultant effectively dealing with new business development sales and a full 360 recruitment process.

Recruitment Consultant Key Tasks:

• Effective sourcing of candidates for current outstanding vacancies
• Business development for new clients
• Strong account management of current client base
• Conduction of interview process with candidates
• High compliance focus

Recruitment Consultant Skills / Experience Required:

• Previous recruitment experience / managing a desk
• Strong attention to detail
• Resilience
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong administrative skills
• Money motivated
