Sales Negotiator - We re expanding! Carlton Estates is looking for a motivated Sales Negotiator to join our successful and established team in Narborough, Leicestershire.

Your Role: As a Sales Negotiator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, liaising with buyers and sellers to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Accompanying potential buyers on property viewings and providing feedback to clients.
  • Managing our sales pipeline and being responsible for sales through to completion.
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients and providing market updates and advice.
  • Managing email and telephone enquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Handling general administration tasks and working closely with the team to meet targets.

What We re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in estate agency is essential, ideally with knowledge of sales progression.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential) and no more than 6 points.
  • IT literacy (experience with Alto software is a bonus, but not required).

Location: Narborough, Leicestershire (onsite role)
