Role Overview:
Manage all supply chain and logistical operations at the Hertfordshire manufacturing centre and off-site locations, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and efficient material handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee supply chain and logistics providers, ensuring service levels are met.
- Implement and maintain GMP compliant warehouse management systems.
- Develop and manage efficient inventory processes between on-site and off-site facilities.
- Ensure timely and compliant supply, storage, and shipment of materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize supply chain processes.
- Maintain traceability and documentation in line with regulatory standards.
- Lead and train the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage the supply chain budget and address any discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications & Experience Needed:
- Proven experience in GMP biopharmaceutical supply chain and warehouse management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
