Cleaning Site Manager Melton Mowbray

Monday to Friday, but need to be flexible as may need to work weekends on occasions

£30,000 pa

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Site Manager to manage a cleaning contract for a large site in Melton Mowbray.

As Cleaning Site Manager you ll be responsible for smooth running of the contract reporting into the Account Manager. You ll use your agile thinking to switch between the different needs of the team, client and working environment to make sure we achieve the best outcomes every day. You ll have direct line management responsibility of approx. 20 Supervisors and Operatives and will needs to demonstrate the energy and drive to take contracts forward.

This is a 7 day site, so you may need to work at the weekend on occasions.

As a Cleaning Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining strong client relationship with high levels of satisfaction
• Providing and maintaining the quality-of-service delivery
• Managing, recruiting, and coaching the team
• Carrying out ad-hoc and regular activities such as projects, reports, audits as required by and to support the Account Manager.
• Ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation is adhered to
• Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth.

As a Cleaning Site Manager, you will have the following expertise and attributes:

• Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan, work under pressure and influence at a senior level
• Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
• Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industry
• Ability to work to tight timescales.
• Strong commercial awareness, financial management, and IT literacy
• Passionate, flexible, trustworthy, and innovative.
• Full driving licence
