BettingJobs are working with a multi-brand iGaming operator who are seeking the hire of a Global Affiliate Manager to join their team in London or Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new affiliates to join the program.
- Maintain relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates.
- Develop and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Create and manage campaigns, promotions, and incentives to attract and retain affiliates.
- Monitor affiliate performance and provide regular reports on key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Use analytics tools to track the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns and optimize performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure alignment of affiliate campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all affiliate activities adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Develop and distribute promotional materials and resources to affiliates.
- Communicate regularly with affiliates to keep them informed about new products, promotions, and industry news.
- Provide training and support to affiliates to help them maximize their performance.
- Manage the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Track and report on the return on investment (ROI) of affiliate marketing activities.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of global markets and ability to work with affiliates from diverse regions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
