• To deliver pre-planned, efficient maintenance tasks to the highest quality standard
• Compliant with all health and safety requirements and adhere to best working practices
• Undertake various tasks including general maintenance, installation, decoration, and basic plumbing
• Covering a mobile contract across Bristol - vehicle and fuel card is provided.

What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Carpentry, painting, changing doors and locks, gardening, tiling
• A trade qualification would be required.
