Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between project teams and production departments, offering expert advice on production methods while adhering to brand identities

This position combines hands-on production management with a more significant leadership role within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management

• Collaborate with project teams to plan and drive project timelines
• Advise on suitable materials and production techniques, considering sustainability, brand nuances, and budgets
• Ensure accurate and appropriate Works Orders
• Participate in project kick-off meetings
• Maintain high standards of quality control

Leadership and Planning

• Support the Production Team Manager in resolving department-wide risks and opportunities
• Ensure consistent workflow from Project Team to Studio and Production
• Participate in Production Management Meetings
• Monitor production capacity and communicate effectively
• Collaborate with Design & Studio Teams on specific jobs and projects

Financial and Commercial Management

• Maximise project efficiency in terms of lead times, material selection, and quality control
• Balance brand identities and sustainability requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in the graphics and creative production industry
• Excellent time management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and leadership skills
