We have an exciting opportunity within our growing Recruitment Team at Circet!


Circet UK are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Slough.

**This role offers hybrid working - 3 days in our Slough office, 2 days working from home**


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the recruitment process across Telecoms and Installations divisions
  • Lead specific talent acquisition through headhunting methodologies
  • High volume candidate screening and interviewing
  • Support the recruitment function for Circet UK, both strategically and operationally
  • Implementing forward thinking attraction strategies to find the top talent in the industry
  • Building strong relationships across the business with all key stakeholders to Board level
  • Develop and drive talent acquisition, ensuring Circet is seen as an employer of choice
  • Represent Circet at multiple company events
  • Manage regular reports for the Head of Recruitment Directors, including recruitment forecasts
  • Consistently meet KPI's including attrition rates
  • Provide advice and lead with pragmatic and proactive solutions to complex recruitment issues, thinking of innovative ideas to ensure the delivery of projects is not affected


Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Experience recruiting high volumes of Blue Collar workers – operatives, engineers etc
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a Telecoms / Construction / Civil Engineering company
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, predominantly MS Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
  • Confident sales attributes
  • The ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Exhibit analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Establish good working relationships with colleagues
  • Have integrity and humility in all aspects of work
  • Possess time management skills and be friendly and have an upbeat attitude
  • Previous experience leading a small team is preferred but not essential
