CNC Miller (Nights)

Position Available: CNC Miller Programmer/Setter

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6 PM 6 AM

Pay: £19.50 - £22.50 per hour

Role Summary:

We are seeking skilled CNC Miller Programmer/Setters to join our client s team for a permanent night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating HAAS machining centers to produce high-precision components. This position offers diverse tasks and opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate HAAS 3-axis vertical machining centers.
• Manufacture components to exact tolerances based on technical drawings.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in setting up and operating milling machines, with programming experience highly preferred.
• Familiarity with HAAS control systems is preferred; experience with Fanuc is also acceptable.
• Skilled in the use of inspection and measuring tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Dedicated to producing components with tight tolerances.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with 4th and 5th axis machining is an advantage.
