EYFS Teaching Assistant - Permanent Position - Tower Hamlets - ASAP Start!
Have you recently completed an Education based degree?

We are seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to join this brilliant primary school!
As part of a close-knit team, you'll play a vital role in providing a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for our youngest learners, aged 3-5.
Your Role:
Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality, engaging lessons.
Help create a warm and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring every child feels valued.
Assist with the personal, social, and emotional development of each child.
Encourage learning through play, exploration, and creative activities.
Observe and record children's progress to support their learning journey.
What We're Looking For:
A genuine passion for early childhood education.
NVQ/ Cache Level 3 or a 2:1 or above degree in an Education related field.
Experience in a similar role or working with young children.
Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum is an advantage but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, caring, and positive attitude.
