Key Responsibilities of the Administrator role:
As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Oversee a team of advisers, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Check over documentation submitted by the team to external partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance with required standards.
- Proactively chase external partners for acceptance terms, ensuring timely responses and updates.
- Follow up with external partners for necessary reports, maintaining a timely flow of information.
- Request and gather required information from clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
Requirements of the ideal Administrator candidate:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
