Corporate Lawyer - Liverpool/ Manchester

I am working with a recently established law firm in the north-west of England, and they need support in their Corporate team for the next 6-9 months. Their ideal candidate is someone experienced with an M&A background in private practice. They would require office attendance on an ad hoc basis throughout the contract.

This role is well suited to anyone looking to make a difference in their next role as it is a small team, and they need someone to join ASAP.

Essential Requirements:

• Corporate M&A, Private Equity, Joint Venture and/ or Restructuring experience
