Infrastructure (Project/Energy) Associate

Our client's highly-ranked surging Infrastructure Projects & Energy team are looking for an Associate to join their dynamic and growing team. Ideally, you will be 1PQE plus to support them develop their exceptional client-base cross-jurisdictionally.

You will enjoy extensive training and time with market-leading Partners on some of the most interesting work in the market.

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

• Advise clients across EMEA.

• Manage transaction processes.

• Client engagement/networking.

• Negotiating/drafting finance documents, JV documents, corporate documents, and relevant complex commercial contracts.

• 1 PQE + from a global law firm.

• Minimum one year of relevant sector experience.

• Strong desire to grow professionally.

• You will need to be E&W qualified, or commonwealth qualified.
