Senior NOC Operations Manager - Outdoor Advertising Company


Senior NOC Operations Manager with a proven track record in overseeing complex network environments and ensuring operational excellence required to join a dynamic outdoor advertising company.


The senior NOC Operations Manager will play a key role in managing their cutting-edge Network Operations Center (NOC), supporting their digital advertising infrastructure. You will have strategic responsibility for the overall effective operations of their digital hardware, assets and networks across Europe.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the NOC, managing 24x7 systems and ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Oversee third-party suppliers and vendors, enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and ensure top-tier performance across all platforms.
  • Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Manage incident and change management using ITIL methodology to ensure smooth handling of critical system operations.
  • Utilize advanced network monitoring systems to detect and resolve issues proactively.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders, providing clear, business-friendly explanations of complex technical solutions.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to identify, evaluate, and improve NOC performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure the reliability and availability of critically important systems through structured, organized management processes.



Qualifications:


  • Proven success in a technical role within a Managed Service environment, demonstrating impactful results.
  • In-depth experience managing NOCs, operational systems, and large-scale programs.
  • Expertise in network monitoring tools and managing third-party vendor relationships.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL methodologies and hands-on experience with incident and change management.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement, with excellent analytical and organizational skills.



This is a senior level role where you will have overall responsibility for the strategic direction of this key business area.


Salary: Circa £80-£95k + 17% Bonus + Excellent benefits package

Working arrangements: 3-5 days a week in Central London office. In the initial stages of the role 5 days may be required and then flexibility will increase.
