Proximity Recruitment have partnered with an exciting, high growth digital agency in Milton Keynes who are searching for a talented Paid Media Manager to join their collaborative team and deliver of a collection of interesting & ambitious B2B clients.

With resource encompassing developers, project managers & SEO executives the successful Paid Media Manager with manage 10 clients across in a delivery focused role.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing PPC requirements, working within a small team.
• Develop short and long-term PPC strategies and execute day-to-day tactics that increase client specific KPIs.
• Measure, optimise and report on PPC from client specific KPI perspective.
• Measure & develop SEO campaigns, with support from the wider SEO team.
• Continually improve campaign performance by measuring results, identifying next steps and actioning change.
• Use creative, out-of-the-box thinking to come up with innovative and effective approaches to SEM marketing.
• Ensure the agency is at the forefront of any PPC and SEO industry developments.
• Measure, analyse and strategise using different industry tools, including GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Screaming Frog and other tools for SEM reporting and optimising.

The successful applicant will be a paid media professional with SEO knowledge & an understanding of technical SEO.
